Calibration & Repairs

In addition to calibration, our experienced technicians can inspect and repair supported flue gas analysers and probes. If your analyser has developed a fault or is producing inaccurate readings, we'll assess the unit and advise on any repairs required using manufacturer-approved procedures and genuine replacement parts.

How long does flue gas analyser calibration take?

Our standard calibration service is typically completed within 5 working days.

For selected Anton and Testo analysers we also offer:

Same-Day Calibration

Available for an additional £25 + VAT.

Requirements:

• Booked in advance 
• Fully charged battery 
• Dropped off before 11:00am 

24-Hour Calibration

Available for an additional £15 + VAT.

Requirements:

• Fully charged battery 
• Dropped off before 1:00pm on the previous day 

Express services apply to straightforward calibrations only.

What should I send for calibration?

Simply send your flue gas analyser to our calibration team.

If you've noticed inaccurate readings or suspect a fault, we also recommend including the probe so our engineers can inspect the complete system during servicing.

What happens if my flue gas analyser calibration is overdue?

Your analyser should be calibrated every 12 months.

If your analyser is overdue, we'll calibrate and service the unit, but your new calibration certificate will be dated from the original due date.

For example:

• 1 month overdue = 11-month certificate 
• 2 months overdue = 10-month certificate 

Missed your annual calibration?

If annual servicing has been missed completely, additional calibration charges may apply due to the additional work required.

How often should a flue gas analyser be calibrated?

Your flue gas analyser should be professionally calibrated every 12 months. For Gas Safe registered engineers, you'll be expected to have a valid calibration certificate available during inspections.

Can I post my analyser for calibration?

Yes. We offer a convenient postal calibration service across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. You don’t even need to send us your entire setup, simply post up your unit and its probe.

Can I get same-day flue gas analyser calibration?

Yes. Same-day calibration is available on selected Anton and Testo analysers when booked in advance.

Do you repair flue gas analysers?
