Clesse Regulators with Telemetry & OPSO
Clesse Regulators with Telemetry & OPSO work by reducing the cylinder's LPG pressure too much lower. Propane gas is consistently delivered at 37mbar (engineer adjustable), minimising leaks, incidents, and damage to the appliance. Here's how:
Over Pressure Shut-Off (OPSO)
An Over Pressure Shut Off (OPSO) is designed to shut the gas flow off if pressure exceeds the set limit (37mbar), preventing hazardous incidents.
Consumer Safety Reset (CSR)
The Consumer Safety Reset allows users to quickly reset their gas installation if the OPSO is tripped due to an accident. There is no need to remove caps or pull resets - just a strong "Push To Set" device that cancels the red trip indicator. The new design ensures that the appliance cannot be tampered with or adjusted.
Pressure Relief Valve (PRV)
A pressure relief device is the first line of defence if the system has too much pressure building up. When levels reach too high, the valve is designed to open and relieve excess pressure and close again when the pressure drops to a safe range.
Telemetry
Monitor and manage gas bottles using just your mobile phone. Connecting your Clesse product to mobile or tablet devices couldn't be simpler when using the CompacTI App. The system reminds users to log in and check their cylinder status efficiently and conveniently (within BlueTooth range).
No worm drives
Worm drives can bite into the hose, causing damage. The 'tightness' is subjective, making the drives potentially unsafe, as there's no way of knowing if the drives are over-tightened or have come loose, which could result in leakage. In addition, they can be easily loosened for malicious purposes.
Gas Interlock Extracting Systems and Solenoid Valves
Gas Interlock Extracting Systems
Gas Safe regulations and BS6173 require a gas safety interlock system to be fitted in all commercial kitchens.
Gas Interlock Extracting Systems ensure the air ventilation system in the kitchen works before the gas is turned on. If it detects any problems with the ventilation system, the kitchen's gas supply will shut down immediately.
Sensors on either side of the ductwork fan detect the airflow above a certain threshold. If there is insufficient airflow or complete kitchen extract fan failure, the interlock will not allow the gas valve to open, stopping gas from the appliance. Only when the ventilation improves will the system enable the valve to open and the gas supply to resume. This prevents the dangerous buildup of gases such as carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide, which could cause serious health problems and can lead to fires or explosions.
Rated as "dust tight" and protected against water to avoid damage to the wiring system and electricity-caused injuries.
Solenoid Valves
Gas Solenoid Valves are suitable for air or gas blocking and releasing controls in gas power burners, atmospheric gas boilers, industrial kilns and other gas-consuming appliances. The valve only opens when it is energised, so if, for any reason, the power supply goes down, the valve closes immediately, stopping the gas flow and preventing leaks.
It can be electrically connected to an alarm system and/or a knock-off switch.
All components are designed to withstand mechanical, chemical and thermal conditions during typical service.
Gas Sensors
These sensors are typically powered by and send a signal back to a Duomo gas detection panel. They provide a signal proportional to the gas concentration in the air. The detector interprets the signal, can set alarms, and turn off LPG and Natural Gas supplies to the protected area(s). The SGM595 has an automatic drift compensation function. This has made this item our most popular sensor.
Paella burners & Boiling Rings with FFD
Equipped with a Flame Failure Device (FFD) for peace of mind, the gas flow will stop going to the boiling ring of the paella burner or boiling ring if the flame is extinguished. This prevents hazardous gas build-up within the appliance or the room, which is an explosion risk and a health hazard.
To do this, the appliance uses a thermocouple in a fail-safe circuit. So, if the flame goes out, the thermocouple temperature falls, causing the voltage across the thermocouple to drop and the valve to close. Causes of flame failure include temporary interruption of the gas supply, gas under-pressure, liquid overspill on cooker hotplates or the draught from an oven door being opened and closed.
Safety features include a fully adjustable "Push and Turn" gas safety control.
Rinnai Water Heaters
Backed with extensive warranties and fully qualified after-sales teams, Rinnai Water Heaters is the number one choice in the UK and Ireland for Continuous Flow Hot Water. Rinnai employs innovative manufacturing and testing techniques to deliver unparalleled safety, comfort and efficiency levels. You will never run out of hot water with the Rinnai Water Heaters.
100% accurate water temperature control to avoid burns.
Because there is no tank which can overheat or experience a massive spike in pressure, a tankless system doesn't have the danger of bursting or exploding.
Potential for carbon monoxide leaking: Carbon monoxide is an odourless, colourless yet deadly gas produced by the incomplete burning of fossil fuels. It has no taste or smell, making it impossible to detect without a CO alarm or leak test. If there is a gas leakage around the main valve or gas piping, tankless water heaters can create a catastrophic explosion.
Rinnai tankless water heaters automatically auto-reset if there's not enough gas delivered to the appliance. This ensures first-line protection from incomplete gas combustion and, consequently, from the release of CO. The new Rinnai N Series water heaters will restart 6 times before locking out.
Catering Urns
Securable feet for fixed installation make Burco water boilers ideal for outside catering events, from wedding buffets and corporate parties to street food trailers, festivals and Christmas markets. Once the boiler is secured to a flat and stable surface, it will not move, thus minimising the risk of accidental falls, burns and other injuries.
Once lit, the water boiler will continue to burn until it is switched off, giving you complete control of the appliance.
The featured Flame Failure Device (FFD) will stop the gas flow if no flame is detected, guaranteeing safety and peace of mind.
QuickSafe Gas Rig
As recommended by NCASS, QuickSafe Gas equipment has been manufactured with street food vendors in mind. The rig incorporates a regulator with an OPSO and armoured hoses with quick-release fittings. This allows traders to set up stalls/gazebos in minimal time whilst ensuring safety and compliance with all street food codes of practice.
